In Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation passed competition concepts of developments the Ryazan historical and architectural memorial estate. Commission of experts headed the secretary of state – the deputy minister of culture Russian Federation Alla Manilova. The jury recognized the Minister of Culture best the concept Ryazan Region Vitaly Popov and it was offered to them to head museum.
