The program of a film festival of VOICES 16+ was published by organizers

Displays will begin since August 25. In three days will present 25 feature and short films. Besides for guests will prepare concerts, lectures, exhibitions and even performance. The picture of two Greek directors Sillas Tsumerkas and Hristos Passalis will open the program. Their movie "City and City" will show at movie theater "Salute" — it, along with "Lenkom Theatre", one of the main platforms of a festival. Also the audience will be able to see the film shot by masters of the Soviet and Russian cinema — Andrey Tarkovsky, Andrey Mikhalkov-Konchalovsky and some others.
