European broadcasting Union declared a short list of the cities — applicants for carrying out Eurovision which in 2023 United Kingdom has to accept. It included Birmingham, Glasgow, Liverpool, Leeds, gorod Manchester, Newcastle upon Tyne and Sheffield. In total 20 applications were submitted. The number of selection criteria of the accepting city included need of reflection of features of the Ukrainian culture and music. The final decision on a venue of Eurovision will be accepted in the fall of this year...
