The junior center of a name of V. F. Tendryakov invites everyone to participate in a poetic action "Read Rubtsov Nicholas! ". Action there will pass within the XXV Open festival of poetry and music "The Rubtsovsk fall". The traditional action will take place online and offline. To participation online everyone, fans and judges of poetry of Rubtsov Nicholas are invited.
