The prime minister Japan Fumio Kisida finishes the government reorganization which new structure has to be declared on August 10. The shake-up of a new office is dictated by growing economic problems and need of strengthening energy security in connection with an uncertain situation round participation of companies Mitsui (Conglomerate) & Co. Ltd. and Mitsubishi COR in the Sakhalin-II project. Tokyo hopes to keep presence at the project after change of his operator, including "Sakhalin-II" important for providing the country with energy resources. However the re-registration which has begun on August 3 of the project does not guarantee to the Japanese companies...
