For expired period of a fire-dangerous season of the current year on lands of forest fund in the territory of Penza Region there were 10 forest fires. The area passed by fire, totals 15,8 hectares. In comparison with the similar last year's period on lands of forest fund in Sursk edge there were 42 forest fires. The area passed by fire, made 124,5 hectares.
