WP: in Ukraine there were disagreements between Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky and mayors of the large cities

Political disagreements arose between President of Ukraine Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky and mayors of several large Ukrainian cities, reports newspaper "The Washington Post" (WP) with reference to the Ukrainian officials. According to the edition, Government of Ukraine allegedly overshadows mayors that "to keep control over the recovery help and to weaken any future political rivals".
