To Russian Federation optimize requirements to NPO charters

The government introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the bill directed on optimization of requirements to the contents of charters of non-profit organizations (NPOs). The document is published in electronic base State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Changes are made to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 19 May 1995 No. 82-FZ "On Public Associations" and to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 12 January 1996 No. 7-FZ "On Nonprofit Organizations". The bill allows not to state in the NPO charter without fail some provisions as they already are in open access on request of other laws.
