Prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region took measures for reduction of municipal regulatory base in compliance with the federal legislation

In the first half of the year 2022 prosecutors challenged over 1,5 thousand regulations of local governments. By results of consideration of response measures over 1 thousand acts are brought into accord with the federal legislation. Reduction of acts in compliance with changed budgetary, town-planning, land and other legislation is everywhere provided.
