Regional duma of Tambov offered measures of protection from aggressive homeless animals

Deputies of Regional duma of Tambov suggested to secure legislatively the population from "nemotivirovanno aggressive animals". The relevant legislative initiative is sent to State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, reports information agency "REGNUM". Deputies suggested to make changes to two articles of the federal law about the responsible treatment of animals.
