Whirlpool sells the Russian business to the Turkish Arcelik

The Turkish Arcelik signed the agreement with Whirlpool EMEA S.p.A about purchase its Russian assets - JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "INDEZIT INTERNATIONAL" and LLC "VIRLPUL RUS". The amount of transaction, as expected, will not exceed 220 million euros. Following the results of the transaction of Arcelik will receive capacities in Lipetsk, allowing to let out 2,8 million refrigerators and washing machines in a year.
