To receive the card, it is necessary to fill in the questionnaire on Gosuslugakh and after that to confirm the personality through MFTs. It is possible to make it in 11 regions where there are RPL participating clubs, including Nizhny Novgorod Region. At first passports will need to be shown at visit of house games of a premier league which will be held in five cities Russian Federation — Samara, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Nizhny Novgorod.
