JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "RIS INTERFAKS" - Shareholders PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "KMZ" (KMZ, Tula Region) at annual meeting made on June 24 the decision not to share profit and not to charge dividends for last year, is reported in materials companies. Past year KMZ got net profit on RSBU of 1,3 billion rubles against 50,5 million rubles of net loss in 2020. For 2020 dividends were not paid because of a loss.
