The naked man chained handcuffs to the traffic light on Boldin St. in Tula: video

Police officers, physicians and PSF worked at a scene. Early in the morning on June 27 eyewitnesses removed the naked man chained to the traffic light on video. Near it there were fast, and also employees of PPS and the private security company. According to Myslo, by the time of police arrival the man was already completely naked, behaved inadequately and tried to escape. For this reason police officers also were compelled to apply handcuffs. Now "naked child" is in hospital under supervision of physicians. They also should find out the reason of such behavior...
