In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation suggest to designate on September 3 9 May, Victory Day over militaristic Japan

Among coauthors of the project chapter Committee State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on defense Andrey Kartapolov and chapter Committee Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on International affairs Grigory Borisovich Karasin. Authors of an initiative suggest to make the amendment to the law "About Days of Military Glory and Memorials Russian Federation", having changed the name "on September 3 Day of the end of World War II (1945)" on "on September 3 9 May, Victory Day over militaristic Japan and the ends of World War II (1945)".
