In Yekaterinburg the 35-year-old driver of the truck of Volvo Novopashin Nicholas is condemned. Because of its carelessness on road three persons were lost. As reported EAN the senior assistant prosecutor Sverdlovsk Region Kanatova Marina, Novopashin Nicholas is found guilty on h. 5 Art. 264 of the criminal code of Russian Federation "Violation by the person, the managing director of car, rules of traffic, entailed on imprudence death of three persons". He is sentenced to three years of a colony settlement with the subsequent ban to operate car for two and a half years.
