Selective updating

Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg on Thursday approved seven of 14 members of city election commission. Seven more people on Monday were appointed by the governor Alexander Beglov. As a result the structure of electoral commission was updated exactly half. Earlier the head of the Central Electoral Commission Ella Pamfilova repeatedly criticized the Petersburg commission, calling normal work only "two-three" of her members. According to experts, the municipal electoral committee leaves from under influence of the former speaker Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg Vyacheslav Makarov that can positively affect on activity the commissions.
