The Rostov deputies adopted the law on development agglomerations

The law on development agglomerations is adopted at meeting of Legislative assembly of Rostov region on June 23. The speaker of the Don parliament Alexander Ishchenko ("United Russia" Party) explained that is meant in the document. "About any merge municipalities, infringement of administrative and territorial units of the speech are not present. The law gives a legal basis for municipalities to conclude agreements on creation of agglomerations and to develop uniform approaches in strategic planning, in transport service, in modernization of system of Household management company.
