The amount of compensation on the lawyer on criminal case will specify court. The order of the appeal of the resolution of the investigator, investigators or the prosecutor on the size of expenses of the victim on payment remunerations is established to his lawyer. In case the victim appealed in court against such resolution, the question of the size of expenses is resolved directly by court. Judge, after check of validity of expenses of the claimant, determines the amount of compensation taking into account inflation.
