The fire occurred at plant on oil refining of China Petroleum & Chemical COR in Shanghai. As reports newspaper "South China Morning Post" with reference to company, one person was lost. Also one more employee of companies suffered. In turn information agency "Sinkhua" reports that the fire began about 4 mornings local time, it managed to be taken under control only five hours later.
