President of Ukraine to Vladimir Aleksandrovich Zelensky will be given opportunity to choose the country which will present Kiev to Russian Federation for the solution of visa questions. The member reported Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleg Nikolaevich Nemchinov. According to him, at Kiev already there are agreements with the visa centers in the territory Russian Federation.
