State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation approved equating with state change transition to the party of the opponent

Transition to the party of the opponent in the conditions of armed conflict or military operations will be considered as state change. Such norm contains in the bill which State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading. Besides, serious punishment for the appeals directed against safety of the country is prescribed.
