Banks leave with paper

The Ministry of Economics prepares amendments to the second reading the bill of electronic archives. In particular, is planned to allow vising of the digital version of the document by the natural person not only Digital signature, but also with help to its unqualified version. Changes assumed by department still do not concern possibility of banks independently to make electronic duplicates of documents or to address for this purpose to services the specialized organizations.
