Belgium suffered from heavy rains - landslides, evacuation, interruptions in movement of trains

On Sunday thunder-storms and the storm rains which have caused storm high waters which broke railway communication fell upon Belgium, led to evacuation of nursing homes and influenced holding festivals. While the Bruxelles capital region did not suffer, the flood occurred generally in Landen to Province of Flemish Brant where the rain caused the severest flood for the last 20 years.
