President of Montenegro: Sergey Lavrov itself provoked cancellation of visit to Serbia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov purposely demanded permission to flight of the plane through the territory Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Bulgaria on a way to Serbia that "to create russophobia illusion in Europe".
