Since 2015 the capital entered standardization of government purchases. At present it includes the statement of standard forms of documents and uniform requirements. These measures allow customers not to spend time for independent drawing up specifications. Besides, standardization increases transparency of procurement procedures and reduces risks of their possible appeal. As a result, thanks to standard forms, Moscow saves about 10% of budgetary funds.
