Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region on Thursday rejected the bill of the leader of Communist Party of the Russian Federation Anton Sidorko on the admission of independent candidates on governor's elections. From 14 regions where in September will elect the head, such opportunity is provided only to Yaroslavl Region which the non-party Mikhail Yevraev directs, and for legislation change the authorities in other subjects already have neither time, nor desire.
