Anti-corruption rules will extend to state corporations

The law on purchases separate types of legal entities are going to add with the norms directed on prevention of the conflict of interests at carrying out competitions. State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted such governmental law (No. 1145363-7) in the third reading on May 25. Now in the law on purchases for the state and municipal needs there are norms for prevention of the conflict of interests between participants of purchases and the customer.
