MINPROSVESHCHENIYA RUSSIA considers that refusal of the Bologna system and transition to programs of a specialist programme is capable to increase quality of training of teachers on all country. The pedagogical highest school for many years leaned on a specialist programme as on the classical checked format which on the one hand gave to future teachers completeness of subject knowledge, with another - allowed to fill the program with those skills which are actual and correspond to time calls. With transition to the Bologna system on the "bachelor degree-a magistracy" model specialties disappeared and the instruction on concrete qualification that disappeared...
