The deputy head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Aleksey Mikhaylovich Serko declared that the ministry counted unreasonable and illegal a sentence as the firefighter to Genin Sergei and to Bursin Andrey who were condemned earlier for negligence at fire extinguishing in shopping and recreation center "Winter cherry" in Kemerovo, and directed the appeal complaint".
