The deputy head of military civil authorities Kherson Region Kirill Stremousov declared that until the end of the year the region completely will pass to ruble system, transfers information agency "RIA Novosti". He specified that to this term inhabitants of the region will have an opportunity to pay off in the Ukrainian hryvnias.
