Dmitry Peskov did not see sense in continuation of "a Norman format"

The press secretary President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov declared that the Kremlin does not see sense in a new Summit of "A Norman format". It was formulated for implementation of the Minsk arrangements. "As the Minsk arrangements do not exist any more – a question, for what?
