Talibs * did not allow women without makhrama to cross border Afghanistan

In Afghanistan Talibs (the organization, activity which is forbidden in Russian Federation) did not allow women departure from the country without makhrama. The 8 Sobkh newspaper reports about it. Sources reported that women had all documents, including visas, for crossing of the afgano-Iranian border but as at them was not makhrama, Talibs (the organization, activity which is forbidden in Russian Federation) did not allow them to leave and told that with them there has to be a man.
