In 1 quarter residents of Tambov complained in Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) 380 times

In the I quarter 2022 residents of Tambov sent 380 complaints to Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) that is 13% more, than for the first three months of last year. Nearly a half of complaints (172 addresses) is devoted activity banks. Growth in this segment made 15,4%, including due to emergence of questions on the current financial situation. Most often complaints on banks concerned consumer crediting (62 complaints). The second place on frequency is taken by complaints on subjects of insurance business — 91 complaint.
