The moment of violation removed the video recorder. In pablike "Autoboors and road accidents | Tula" published video shot on crossing of Lenin Ave. and L. Tolstoy St. in Tula. On shots it is visible as drivers of nine (!) cars broke traffic regulations, having started not on a green signal of the traffic light, and upon termination of counting forbidding.
