The Three-century pine from Novosibirsk Region will be overcome for a rank "The Russian tree of year"

The giant tree grows in the Berdsk park. Within the All-Russian program "Trees — Wildlife Monuments" which purpose — search and preservation of long-term trees, is held competition "The Russian tree of year". From our region the staff of Forestry Department of the Novosibirsk region put forward a 323-year pine which grows in Berdsk on a glade of Educational park of a name of O. Koshevy. That is remarkable, the city was founded 306 years ago.
