Non-execution of resolutions of European Court of Human Rights is approved in the first reading

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Wednesday adopted two bills according to which Russian Federation will not execute the decision of European Court of Human Rights, taken out after March 16, 2022 (day of an exception Russian Federation from Council of Europe) in the first reading. European Court of Human Rights promised earlier to accept from Russians of complaints on the violations taking place within half a year after an exception. Till January 1, 2023 the State Office of Public Prosecutor will continue payment monetary compensations to applicants, but only under resolutions of European Court of Human Rights, taken out till March 16, 2022.
