Amendments about non-execution of solutions of European Court of Human Rights, accepted after March 16, passed the I reading

May 18. information agency "Interfaks" - State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted amendments from which follows in the first reading that to Russian Federation will not be subject to performance of the resolution of European Court of Human Rights, accepted after March 16 - date when membership Russian Federation in Council of Europe stopped. These are bills No. No. 124013-8 and 124020-8 of changes provisions of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 18 December 2001 No. 174-FZ "On the Criminal-Procedural Code of the Russian Federation" and separate Russian laws concerning resolutions of European Court of Human Rights. Both were brought in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on May 16 by group of deputies and senators.
