Tver Region hosts the orthodox festival "Alexander Nevsky"

Gala concert of the Alexander Nevsky festival takes place in Kalyazin. On May 18 Tver Region hosts the fourth International orthodox festival "Alexander Nevsky". Collectives appear on stage from different corners of the country and the abroad. From Simferopol, Veliky Novgorod, Yaroslavl, gorod Rostov, Kostroma, Uglich and Minsk. Besides Kalyazin, concerts will take place in Yaroslavl, gorod Rostov, Uglich, Pereslavl-Zalessky and Kostroma. The festival is devoted to memory of the Saint prince Alexander Nevsky.
