Anton Siluanov: Russian Federation was succeeded to create alternative to systems of Visa and MasterCard

The minister of finance Anton Siluanov at lecture within a marathon "The new horizons" declared that Russian Federation was succeeded to create alternative payment system the largest international Visa and MasterCard.
