Minfin opposed refinancings a preferential mortgage under 9% for those who took it under 12%

May 18. information agency "Interfaks" - Minfin does not support idea of refinancings the soft mortgage loans, given out in April to citizens under 12%, on the lowered rate of 9%, declared in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation to the deputy minister of finance Aleksey Moiseev.
