In the State Duma brought the project about increase of penalties for illegally prepared wood

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation can raise penalties for sale, acquisition, storage and processing of illegally prepared wood. The text of the document was placed in the Duma electronic database. Authors of an initiative from Communist Party of the Russian Federation suggest to bring a number of amendments to article 191.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation. For commission of the above crimes the natural person can fine 1 million rubles or take into custody for a period of up to three years.
