Mikhail Mishustin excluded Rimas Tuminas from among recipients of an award in the field of culture

The prime minister Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin signed the order which cancels a government award to the theatrical director Rimas Tuminas. It eliminated persons to whom in 2021 the award for the significant contribution to development the Russian culture is awarded.
