The package of bills which provides is brought in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation that resolutions of European Court of Human Rights, accepted after March 16 of this year, are not subject to execution to Russian Federation. Documents are published in electronic base State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. It is noted that till January 1, 2023 Department of General prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation in Ural Federal District can carry out payments monetary compensation to the applicant under resolutions of ESPCh, taken out till March 16.
