The Kurgan governor explained to Vladimir Putin the reasons of never-ending fires in the region

The governor Kurgan Region Vadim Mikhaylovich Shumkov explained to President of the Russian Federation to Vladimir Putin the reasons of incessant fires in the region. Explanations were heard at meeting on a situation with fires to the country which took place in the VKS mode on May 10. Kurgan Region prepared in advance for a fire-dangerous season, Vadim Mikhaylovich Shumkov assured the head of state.
