The rapper Alisher Morgenshtern is declared inoagenty

According to Ministry of Justice, Alisher Morgenshtern was engaged in political activity, receiving thus financing from "Yoola Labs Ltd" (Israel) and from Ukraine. For the last year Alisher Morgenshtern which became one of the most popular Russian performers, accused more than once of promotion of drugs, against the rapper even opened administrative case. In November of last year the head of Committee of inquiry Alexander Bastrykin declared that Alisher Morgenshtern "as a matter of fact trades in drugs on social networks".
