In respublika Altay preparation for carrying out the XVII Interregional holiday of the Altai people Al Oyyn – 2022 started. It will be devoted to year of a cultural heritage of the people Russian Federation and to the 100 anniversary of the Oyrotsky autonomous region, told to the correspondent of information agency "REGNUM" in the press service Government of the Altai Republic. According to the first deputy chairman of Government of the Altai Republic Ezher Alekseevich Yalbakov, the holiday was planned in 2020, however because of Koronavirus it should be transferred several times.
