Car the 56-year-old inhabitant Voronezh Region was arrested and sent to a shtrafstoyanka because of a huge number of the written-out penalties, the press service of regional GU reports Ministries of Internal Affairs. According to police, at the driver 202 unpaid penalties for violation of the rules traffics for total amount of 74 600 rub are revealed.
