Industrial district court of Stavropol of Stavropol Territory pronounced a sentence on criminal case of the former minister of constructions and architecture Stavropol Territory Aleksey Kogarlytsky. He is found guilty of abuse of powers of office (p.1 by Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation), preparation for receiving a bribe (p.1 Art. 30 and h. 6 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation), receiving bribe (item "in" of h. 5, h. 6 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) and organizations of excess of powers of office (h. 3 Art. 33 and p.1 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation). According to a sentence, Aleksey Kogarlytsky will have to spend three years to colonies of a high security and to pay 50 million rubles in the form of a penalty. About it newspaper "Kommersant"...
