As newspaper "Kommersant", Horoshevskiy district court of Moscow, having considered in a special order criminal case of the former adviser to the ex-prime minister Ukraine Nicholas Yanovich Azarov Sosnovsky Igor, sentenced him to three years of imprisonment conditionally with a trial period. Mister Sosnovsky Igor was accused of attempt at fraud — to attempt for $5 million through Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation to stop criminal prosecution of the former head of "Reyltransholding" (RTH) Shpak Sergei.
